Problem Statement
The need for an Employee Recruitment Management CRM app arises from the inefficiency and complexity of traditional recruitment processes. These methods usually involve manual paperwork, fragmented communication, and a lack of centralized systems, leading to significant challenges for HR professionals and hiring managers. Key issues include time-consuming processes, limited collaboration and communication, and inadequate visibility and reporting, among others.
